wskrsnwings - Harriet & M15 continue to care for and protect their eggs from weather and intruder happenings. A GHO (great horned owl) knocked M15 from his branch again last night (M returned unharmed just seconds after the attack) putting Harriet still on high alert this morning. M15 dropped to the nest early to exchange incubation duties with Harriet. M15 kept the eggs warm and dry as the light rains started while Harriet watched the area carefully from the attic, vocalizing often. She flew to a lookout spot on the Norfolk pine across the road before flying to the NW power pole lookout spot.
